History Gateway Limited prioritises the clients’ needs and makes every effort to deliver on expectations.

To put the client at the centre of our services we ask you to fill in the initial contact form below to address any enquires. This form puts you in direct contact with Dr Kirsteen MacKenzie.

 

After the initial enquiry we will e-mail you back and request that you fill in a form to tell us more about your project.

We will request the following:

1. Type of project (e.g. publication, documentary, course).

2. The specific services you would require from us. (e.g. historical research, a writing commission, script readthrough, courses etc).

3. Timeframes – deadlines or production timescales.

4. Any other information that is appropriate to your project.

 

We will then arrange an online interview or discussion with you to discuss your bespoke needs.

We will clarify and confirm a roadmap or outline of the project from start to finish including timeline and activities.

Once the roadmap and outline of the project is formalised, we will draw up a formal document that outlines the project, our activities, timescale, and a final date for delivery and cost. We will send this document to you for your approval.

After your approval has been given, we will draw up a formal contract of work agreement including our terms and conditions, the scope of the work and payment terms.

Only after this contract has been signed by both parties, the client and History Gateway Limited, work shall begin on the project.
